Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda has been designed as a place for rest, connection with nature and meaningful experiences. Our surroundings invite guests to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the forest while respecting both the environment and fellow travelers.
During your stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:
Each guest must present a valid physical identification document upon arrival.
Guests who are unable to provide the required documentation will not be permitted to check in.
Reservation transfers are permitted only upon prior written request sent to se.tenaminca@gmail.com. All requests are subject to approval by Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda and, once approved, will incur an administrative fee of COP 200,000.
Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda is located in the heart of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, surrounded by tropical rainforest.
Due to the natural topography of the property and its architectural concept, movement throughout the hotel is primarily via staircases, natural pathways and uneven terrain.
For this reason, Se'Tena currently does not provide suitable accessibility for guests with reduced mobility or for those requiring special mobility assistance within the property.
Before making a reservation, we kindly encourage guests to consider these conditions to ensure that Se'Tena is the right destination for their needs and expectations.

In accordance with Colombian law, Colombian citizens and foreign residents in Colombia are required to pay the applicable accommodation VAT.
Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda strictly rejects all forms of child exploitation and sexual abuse and fully complies with Colombian legislation, including Law 679 of 2001 and all applicable regulations.

Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda is committed to providing a peaceful, respectful and nature-oriented environment for all guests.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accommodation if a guest's behavior compromises the safety, well-being or comfort of other guests, staff members or the property itself.
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda from providing the reserved accommodation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid for the reservation.
Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the reservation and does not extend to any additional expenses incurred by the guest, including but not limited to airfare, transportation, alternative accommodation, meals, tours, activities or any other travel-related costs resulting from the cancellation.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to cabins, furniture, equipment or any other property belonging to Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda during their stay.
By staying at Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda, guests acknowledge that they are visiting a property located within a natural environment and accept the inherent risks associated with this type of destination, including but not limited to:
Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda shall not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of luggage, personal belongings, money, vehicles or any other property belonging to guests, whether inside or outside the premises.
Complimentary parking is available for registered guests.
Vehicles and any belongings left inside them remain under the sole responsibility of their owners. Se'Tena Tierra Húmeda assumes no responsibility for theft, damage or loss involving vehicles or their contents.
